# Support for Upsolve for Slack

> How to get help with Upsolve for Slack.

Email **[support@upsolve.ai](mailto:support@upsolve.ai)**. You don't need an Upsolve account to write to us, and we reply within **two business days**.

To help us answer quickly, include:

* Your Slack workspace's name, and the Upsolve organization and workspace it is connected to.
* What you did and what you expected, and the exact message the bot or Upsolve showed.
* The time it happened, with your time zone.

Please don't send passwords, API keys or tokens.

## Before you write

Most questions are answered on [Upsolve for Slack](https://docs.upsolve.ai/slack/overview.md): how to install it, link your account, choose channels, the permissions it asks for, and [troubleshooting](https://docs.upsolve.ai/slack/overview.md#troubleshooting) for the messages you may see.
