This article guides you through the process of connecting Dynamics 365 to Upsolve, allowing you to seamlessly access your Dynamics 365 data within the Upsolve platform.

Prerequisites

Before you start, you will need the following information from Dynamics 365.
  • Dynamics 365 URL
  • Client ID (required for advanced authentication)
  • Client Secret (required for advanced authentication)

Connecting Dynamics 365 to Upsolve

Now that you have obtained the necessary integration data and credentials, you can connect Dynamics 365 to Upsolve using the following steps:
  1. Navigate to your project in Upsolve and open Project settings → Connections.
  2. Select your data source from the Connect data cards to begin.
  3. The Dynamics 365 connection form opens with Dynamics 365 preselected.
  4. Enter a name for your data source, input the credentials you obtained in the previous steps.
  1. Click “Sign in” to create your Dynamics 365 data source.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully connected Dynamics 365 to Upsolve. You can now access and manage your Dynamics 365 data seamlessly within the Upsolve platform.
