Prerequisites

Before you begin, you’ll need to obtain an API Key from JIRA Cloud. Here’s how to do it: Follow the steps below to obtain it:
  1. To generate your API Key, navigate to Atlassian API Key Generation and follow the instructions to create your API Key.
  1. To include your service URL, visit this link and get your service URL it will be in the format of https://<<your-company>>.atlassian.net/.

Connecting JIRA Cloud to Upsolve

With your API Key and service URL at hand, you’re ready to connect JIRA Cloud to Upsolve. Follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to your project in Upsolve and open Project settings → Connections.
  2. Select your data source from the Connect data cards to begin.
  3. The JIRA Cloud connection form opens with JIRA Cloud preselected.
  4. Input your data source name, API Key, and service URL. The username is your email address which you entered your account with.
  1. Click “Test & Create Connection” to establish your JIRA Cloud data source.
And that’s it! You have successfully integrated JIRA Cloud with Upsolve. You can now access and manage your JIRA data directly within the Upsolve platform. Enjoy the seamless experience!
